As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team, you will foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws for clients. Conducting thorough assessments to pinpoint data privacy risks and crafting effective mitigation strategies. Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies. Providing expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. Designing and implementing comprehensive security and privacy frameworks, including process re-engineering and control development.

To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While not mandatory, certifications like CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are highly preferred. A strong understanding of data protection laws, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential.

We are looking for candidates with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required.
