As a Deputy Manager within our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to consistently exceed expectations. Your role involves developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities will ensure ongoing compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Furthermore, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, application security, and privacy impact assessments. Designing and implementing security and privacy frameworks, including the re-design of processes and privacy controls, will be key to successful framework development.

This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. Professional certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are highly preferred. A strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential.

We are seeking individuals with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
