As a Manager in our Cyber Team, you will cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues and clients to consistently exceed expectations. You will provide technical leadership by overseeing security architecture reviews for AI-enabled platforms and data environments.

Your client and project management skills will be essential in managing stakeholder relationships, project deliverables, and leading teams effectively. Excellent communication, executive presentation, and report writing abilities are fundamental to this role. You will govern all production change activities across the enterprise to minimize operational risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain service stability while supporting business transformation and technology delivery.

We are seeking a Manager with at least 7 years of IT Service Management experience, including 5+ years directly in Change Management within large enterprises. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow Change Management administration, governance, and reporting is required.

Candidates should possess experience supporting SOX-controlled environments and audit reviews, along with facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs) with senior stakeholders. Experience managing high-volume change environments (1,000+ changes annually preferred) is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. ITIL v4 Foundation certification is mandatory, with ITIL Managing Professional or equivalent being a strong preference. Expertise in ITIL Change Enablement/Change Management practices, risk assessment methodologies, and ServiceNow Change Management workflows is crucial.
