Lead cybersecurity initiatives and drive strategic cyber risk management within the Cyber Strategy team. This role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients to ensure exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction. You will be instrumental in supporting robust security governance frameworks and overseeing the implementation of critical security controls across various applications, systems, and network environments. Furthermore, you will lead and contribute to security audits, compliance reviews, and comprehensive risk assessment activities, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding organizational assets.

Drive cybersecurity initiatives as a key member of the Cyber Strategy team. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure high-quality project execution and client delight. Support the establishment and maintenance of security governance frameworks, overseeing the implementation of security controls across applications, systems, and network infrastructures. Lead and actively participate in security audits, compliance assessments, and thorough risk assessment activities. Leverage extensive experience in government, PSU, and defense accounts to drive successful outcomes.

A minimum of 10 years of experience serving Government, PSU, and Defence accounts is essential. Demonstrated ability to be recognized by clients and the market for selling and servicing cyber services. Possess strong sales acumen within the Government/PSU sector, coupled with a deep understanding of the tendering process. Proven track record in selling Cyber advisory, consultancy, and PMU services, including GRC, ISO, IT, OT, SOC, NOC, and DPDP. Exhibit strong technical capabilities necessary for delivering large-scale cyber projects. Ability to effectively align and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, including OEMs, SPs, SIs, and VARs. Relevant educational background such as B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or M.Tech is required.
