Implement and maintain ISO 27001-based Information Security Management Systems. Conduct comprehensive assessments of client information security postures, identifying risks and developing effective mitigation strategies. Assist clients in reviewing and implementing crucial information security controls, including change management, incident response, access management, and physical security. Perform vendor risk assessments to provide a clear view of outsourcing-related risks. Develop and implement information classification frameworks and conduct thorough information systems audits covering IT infrastructure assets.

Act as a technical lead or subject matter expert on security and privacy projects, overseeing design, build, testing, and deployment. Independently manage projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong understanding of complex business and IT management processes. Utilize firm methodologies and tools to drive project success. Nurture client relationships at various levels and contribute to proposal development for new business opportunities. Identify avenues for engagement economic improvement and actively participate in business development planning. Play a key role in professional retention and team building initiatives.

A foundational understanding of security and privacy domains is essential, including security governance, risk management, compliance, identity management, network security, security architecture, incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution is required. Prior cyber experience ranging from 3 to 7 years is mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills are paramount for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
