Join Deloitte's leadership team as a Director in Cyber - CST, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This role is instrumental in guiding clients through complex cyber risk landscapes, enabling them to secure assets and unlock new opportunities. You will leverage deep business and technology insights to transform cyber risk management into a strategic advantage.

This position requires a dynamic professional adept at market-facing initiatives and possessing strong cybersecurity expertise. You will lead client engagements throughout their business lifecycle, fostering long-term relationships and driving sustained business value. Your responsibilities span from initial business identification to revenue realization, utilizing excellent communication and presentation skills to convey industry, technical, and product knowledge effectively.

Drive client engagements by understanding business imperatives and leveraging cyber solutions for transformation. Lead market-making efforts and build enduring client relationships across the entire business cycle. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to organizational growth strategies, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers. Actively participate in eminence activities, presenting at industry events and engaging in proposal development. Provide high-quality client service, assessing cyber risk environments and implementing solutions to enhance enterprise-wide security capabilities. Develop and deploy Deloitte methodologies, tools, and supporting materials for managed services, security architecture, and cyber risk management.

A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, encompassing both business and technical leadership. Essential skills include strong technical acumen paired with robust business understanding, ideally with P&L management experience. A significant marketplace presence, strong industry and alliance relationships at the CXO level, and proven experience in managing key client stakeholders are required. Excellent presentation, documentation, and articulation abilities are crucial, alongside a demonstrable track record in managing and developing client relationships and sales.

Possess a broad range of security expertise, with a preference for specialization in areas such as Cloud Security, Data Protection, SOC, and Incident Response. Experience in developing and leading end-to-end bids and tender documentation is necessary. The ability to think creatively to address client needs is vital. You will collaborate with the leadership team to identify and execute sales opportunities, taking ownership of budgets, commercial negotiations, and client deliverables. A B.Tech, M.Tech, or MBA degree is required. Professional certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM are advantageous.
