This Deputy Manager role is pivotal in assessing cybersecurity capabilities, evaluating control effectiveness, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance enterprise cyber resilience and security maturity.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive cyber capability and security control assessments across diverse technology environments. You will review controls against established frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls, identifying gaps, risks, and transformation opportunities.

This role involves supporting cyber maturity assessments, developing roadmaps, and assisting with control documentation and remediation. A significant part of the work includes evaluating various security domains such as identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and application security, alongside assessing the effectiveness of preventive, detective, and corrective controls. Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and KQL is crucial for control validation and security analysis.

We are seeking cybersecurity professionals with 5-8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk, Security Controls, Governance, Compliance, or Cyber Transformation. A strong understanding of cybersecurity control frameworks and industry standards, with exposure to NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls, is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Sentinel and KQL for security analysis and control validation is required. Candidates should possess experience in security control reviews, risk assessments, or capability assessments, along with knowledge of identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and application security domains. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, documentation, reporting, and communication skills are also vital. A B.E./B.Tech or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary.
