As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities include evaluating SOC cybersecurity postures, developing integrated frameworks, and assessing/updating Cyber Crisis Management Plans and information security policies. You will ensure alignment with ISO 27001, CERT-In, MeitY guidelines, and other relevant standards.

Key duties involve continuous assessment of security and resilience measures, conducting risk assessments, and assisting with internal/external security audits. You will analyze SOC findings to enhance detection and response, review DR/BCP, and advise on new vulnerabilities. Support incident response, cyber forensics, and ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory obligations are crucial aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a total of 6+ years of IT sector experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in Information Security, Cyber Security, or SOC within a data center environment. An MCA or B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT/E&C is required, along with at least one relevant certification such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.

Essential skills include expertise in security frameworks, risk assessment, security audits, incident response, and compliance. You should be adept at preparing project reports, RFPs, SOPs, and guidelines. The role demands strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and government departments.
