This position involves reviewing, designing, and implementing quality management and remediation processes. You will collaborate with business, governance, technology, and testing teams to gather requirements, document current processes, define revised operating models, and implement new quality rules and governance controls. Key tasks include identifying process gaps, facilitating workshops, translating requirements into process flows and user stories, and supporting business teams with quality queries and remediation expectations.
Further responsibilities include reviewing and revising the governance model, defining governance responsibilities and escalation paths, and securing sign-off for new quality business rules. You will also maintain traceability between quality issues and outcomes, support testing of new rules, validate test results, and provide post-implementation support. Regular status updates and escalation of risks and issues are also expected.
We are seeking an experienced professional with robust Quality Management and Governance expertise, preferably with a background in banking or financial services. Strong understanding of quality management principles, including issue identification, root-cause analysis, remediation, and monitoring, is essential. Familiarity with governance principles, such as ownership, policies, standards, and escalation processes, is also required.
Experience in gathering and documenting business, functional, process, and governance requirements is crucial. The ability to create process maps, requirements documents, user stories, and governance models is necessary. Experience supporting the definition, approval, implementation, and testing of quality business rules is also a key requirement. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills are needed, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
