As a Deputy Manager within our Cyber Team, you will foster strong client and team relationships while delivering exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include: - Assisting clients with data localization and cross-border data transfer compliance. - Conducting assessments to identify and mitigate privacy and information security risks. - Analyzing data flows, storage, and dependencies to meet localization requirements. - Developing and implementing data localization frameworks and policies. - Supporting clients in data discovery, mapping, and classification efforts. - Performing risk and impact assessments related to data residency, privacy, and compliance. - Providing guidance on data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements. - Designing and implementing risk management and compliance frameworks. - Collaborating with stakeholders to create practical remediation roadmaps for identified risks.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Localisation, Data Privacy, Data Protection, Cyber/Technology Risk, or GRC. A strong understanding of data localization, residency, cross-border data transfers, and data sovereignty concepts is essential.

Your profile should include: - In-depth knowledge of Indian and global data protection/privacy regulations, including the DPDP Act and GDPR. - Proven experience in data-flow mapping, data discovery, and privacy assessments. - Expertise in risk management processes, from identification to acceptance. - Familiarity with cloud environments and associated risks. - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.

Knowledge of standards like ISO 27001, NIST, and certifications such as CIPP/E or CISA are highly preferred.
