Lead and deliver high-quality cybersecurity consulting engagements on time. Conduct thorough cybersecurity risk assessments, governance reviews, and control effectiveness evaluations. Drive maturity assessments and advisory services utilizing frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS. Spearhead ISMS implementation, cyber risk management, and regulatory compliance programs. Manage TPRM, ITGC, and information systems audit engagements. Provide strategic advice on cloud security, application security, and cyber transformation. Support clients with regulatory requirements from RBI, SEBI, and others.

Effectively plan engagements, allocate resources, manage timelines, and conduct quality reviews. Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Contribute to business development through proposals and solution development.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Cyber Strategy, GRC, or Information Security is essential. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and PCI DSS is critical.

Key skills include excellent project management, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities. Proficient communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary. The ability to manage multiple engagements and lead teams in a dynamic consulting setting is expected. Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or PCI QSA.
