Join our dynamic Cyber team as a Deputy Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding valuable assets and preventing cyberattacks. We focus on building secure, vigilant, and resilient strategies that enable new opportunities.

This role is central to managing information and technology risks effectively by embedding cyber risk considerations into strategic development from the outset.

Key responsibilities include defining and supporting cyber risk exception handling processes, ensuring a risk-based approach, and establishing schedules of authority for approvals.

You will also manage the full lifecycle of risk exceptions and findings, conduct lightweight assurance to ensure framework consistency, and integrate surfaced risks into the broader cyber risk management framework.

Responsibilities also encompass performing risk assessments of business processes, security controls, and technology architecture, and aggregating/reporting on risk exception management.

We seek a professional with 7-9 years of domain experience in cyber security, particularly in cyber risk management, and familiarity with network security, application security, vulnerability management, and data security.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of global best practices like NIST, CIS, ISO, and the 'three lines of defense' model. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree in information security or a related field is required, with advanced degrees and relevant certifications being highly advantageous. Proficiency in risk management tools like ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust, or Coupa is also beneficial.
