This role focuses on developing and deploying advanced AI solutions across Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning. It requires a strong engineering mindset with expertise in Python, ML/LLM concepts, and cloud technologies. You'll be instrumental in creating AI systems that perform reliably under real-world conditions, addressing critical aspects like latency, scalability, and security.

Design and develop enterprise-grade applications utilizing commercial and open-source LLMs. Build sophisticated LLM workflows incorporating prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and model routing. Understand LLM inference intricacies, including tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and generation strategies. Evaluate and select appropriate models based on quality, performance, and cost. Develop model abstraction and fallback strategies to ensure resilience. Optimize LLM applications for efficiency in latency, token usage, and inference costs.

Explore Agentic AI by designing single and multi-agent architectures for complex enterprise workflows. Determine the suitability of agentic AI for specific tasks compared to deterministic orchestration or traditional software approaches. Implement agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph.

A strong engineering background is essential, with demonstrated experience in Python, ML/LLM concepts, retrieval architectures, agent orchestration, backend engineering, cloud deployment, and AI evaluation. The ability to move beyond prototype development to designing production-ready AI systems that handle real-world constraints such as latency, concurrency, security, scalability, cost, and failure recovery is crucial.

Educational qualifications include any Graduate BE/B.Tech (Tier 1/Tier 2) in CS/IT/EC/E, or an MCA from a recognized university. Bengaluru is the designated work location.
