Engage in OT incident response, conducting investigations, analysis, and mitigation of security incidents. You will lead the monitoring and detection of security threats within the OT environment, ensuring swift resolution. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and client stakeholders is key. Responsibilities include performing regular assessments of OT security controls, identifying gaps, and recommending remediation.

Additional duties involve passive vulnerability testing, risk assessments, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You'll contribute to the growth of our OT/ICS cybersecurity practice, manage complex projects, and develop robust cybersecurity controls. Assisting clients with governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, alongside delivering impactful client presentations and training, are also core functions.

We seek candidates with expertise in advanced persistent threats, malware analysis, and emerging threats, preferably within large corporate settings. A strong grasp of threat taxonomy and indicators is essential, alongside proficiency with multiple security technologies like SIEMs, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, and Web Application Firewalls.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Claroty, Tenable, and Nozomi is required. You should possess experience in assessing and implementing OT security controls based on standards like NIST, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, and IEC 62443, with a solid understanding of OT security architectures. In-depth knowledge of OT protocols and systems like SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and HMI, along with practical experience on OT technologies from Siemens, Yokogawa, Honeywell, and Rockwell, is crucial.

Excellent communication skills are a must for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences. A B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS qualification and 3-5 years of relevant experience are necessary. Preferred certifications include GISCP, IEC 62443, CSSA, and CEH.
