Design and deliver sustainable technology solutions that address complex business challenges. Analyze and refine business requirements, particularly for Identity and Access Management systems. Provide essential technical expertise and recommendations for new software projects, ensuring alignment with our digital strategy.

Conduct thorough code reviews and perform necessary software testing. Participate actively in application architecture and design phases throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ensure the implementation of proper operational controls for seamless transitions from testing to production environments.

We seek a software engineer/developer with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management technologies. Proficiency in JAVA/J2EE, SQL databases (Oracle, MS Sql Server), PL/SQL/T-SQL, and web services (SOAP/REST) is essential.

Experience with Spring Framework, unit testing, Maven, front-end technologies like AngularJS/ReactJS, and application servers such as Apache/Tomcat is required. Familiarity with version control (GitHub), JUnit, UNIX shell scripting, and directory services (LDAP/Active Directory) is desirable. Exposure to Microsoft Azure infrastructure is a plus.

Demonstrate the ability to produce secure, stable, and well-performing code, adhering to SDLC standards and methodologies. Proven experience in designing and delivering solutions within large-scale enterprise environments is expected. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering, coupled with a proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to objectives, is necessary.
