This role is for a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 14 years of experience in enterprise security architecture, SOC transformation, Zero Trust initiatives, cloud security, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies, enhancing security operations, driving digital security transformations, and implementing robust security solutions that align with business goals and industry standards.

Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies and transformation roadmaps. Design and deploy secure enterprise architectures that meet evolving business needs. Lead Zero Trust architecture implementation and security modernization efforts. Offer strategic guidance on cybersecurity risks, emerging threats, and technology investments. Spearhead SOC transformation, SIEM modernization, and security operations optimization. Manage threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management programs. Implement advanced security automation and AI-driven threat detection capabilities. Enhance organizational cyber resilience through proactive security monitoring and response. Design and implement security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Leverage expertise in Microsoft security technologies like Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra ID, and Purview. Drive initiatives in endpoint protection, identity and access management, data protection, and cloud security. Establish security baselines, configuration standards, and programs for continuous security improvement.

Possess 14+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information security, or enterprise security architecture. Demonstrate strong expertise in SOC/SIEM transformation, Zero Trust principles, threat hunting, and vulnerability management. Exhibit hands-on proficiency with Microsoft security technologies and cloud security architectures. Showcase experience in endpoint security, identity and access management, data protection, and security automation. Maintain a solid understanding of NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 frameworks. Proven track record of leading complex cybersecurity transformation initiatives. Possess exceptional stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, and strategic decision-making capabilities. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or relevant Microsoft Security certifications are highly valued. Experience with AI-enabled cybersecurity solutions, SOAR platforms, and security analytics is advantageous.
