Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as an Associate Director in the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. This role focuses on driving business expansion, managing key client relationships, and scaling our cybersecurity capabilities. We aim to secure, monitor, and empower organizations to manage cyber risks effectively, enabling them to seize new opportunities. You will be instrumental in embedding cyber risk management into strategic development for enhanced information and technology risk oversight.

Key responsibilities include achieving revenue targets and driving business growth for Cyber Strategy & Transformation services. You will lead the origination, shaping, and closing of significant cybersecurity opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline across Cyber Strategy, GRC, and transformation. This involves leading strategic pursuits, including RFP responses, proposal development, and executive presentations, while also driving account expansion through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CROs, and CXOs. Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity strategy, risk, compliance, and enterprise transformation. Develop bespoke cybersecurity and risk management solutions aligned with business objectives, regulatory demands, and current threat intelligence. Enhance our market presence and collaborate with leadership to strengthen our capabilities and market position.
Oversee delivery governance and business outcomes for strategic cybersecurity engagements and transformation programs. This includes managing IT Governance Services, CISO-as-a-Service, cyber maturity assessments, Target Operating Model design, cyber roadmap planning, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Ensure delivery excellence, profitability, utilization, and client satisfaction targets are met across multiple accounts. Manage program risks, dependencies, and escalations for successful execution.
Take ownership of engagement commercials, including pricing strategies, profitability, and financial performance. Drive effective budget management, revenue realization, billing, forecasting, and collections. Optimize resource utilization and delivery efficiency across teams and programs.
Lead the scaling of Cyber Strategy & Transformation offerings and go-to-market initiatives. Identify and develop new market opportunities, sector-specific solutions, and strategic alliances. Create reusable frameworks and accelerators to boost delivery effectiveness and market differentiation. Drive thought leadership through publications, workshops, and industry events.
Lead, mentor, and develop talent within the practice, including Senior Managers and Managers. Drive hiring and workforce planning to support business growth. Oversee performance management, coaching, and leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
This role requires a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 42001 LA/LI, ITIL, PCI QSA, or relevant cloud security certifications are advantageous.
We seek candidates with 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Cyber Strategy & Transformation, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), or Information Security. Proven experience in driving business growth, leading strategic consulting engagements, managing executive stakeholders, and delivering enterprise transformation programs is essential.
