Lead critical Business Continuity Management (BCM) engagements, including conducting Business Impact Analyses, risk assessments, developing continuity plans, and performing maturity reviews. Develop and refine comprehensive Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery plans. Facilitate productive stakeholder workshops, tabletop exercises, and crisis simulations. Identify resilience gaps and propose practical remediation strategies. Manage client relationships, ensure timely project delivery, and conduct quality assurance reviews. Actively support business development initiatives to drive growth.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience. Possess hands-on experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA), developing continuity strategies, planning, and testing. Have a solid understanding of ISO 22301 and relevant regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with BCM/GRC tools like ServiceNow, Fusion, Archer, or MetricStream is essential. Exhibit excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation capabilities. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), or a Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Risk Management, or a related discipline is required. Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in BCM, crisis management, disaster recovery, or operational resilience. Prior consulting or experience within regulated industries is highly advantageous.
