Join Deloitte's Cyber Strategy team as an Assistant Manager, driving crucial cybersecurity initiatives. This role involves building robust relationships with stakeholders and clients to ensure top-tier project delivery and satisfaction. You will be instrumental in supporting security governance frameworks and overseeing the implementation of security controls across diverse environments.

As part of our team, you'll contribute to enhancing organizational resilience against cyber threats. We focus on integrating cyber risk management into strategic development, enabling more effective management of information and technology risks.

Manage and support GRC and TPRM solutions, collaborating closely with technology, security, and risk teams. Translate control requirements into effective validation approaches and assess control implementation for gaps.

Oversee the Third-Party Risk Management lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring. Handle cybersecurity due diligence questionnaires, ensuring technically accurate responses aligned with policies and regulations.

Collect, validate, and document evidence for control compliance and third-party assessments. Analyze results, identify weaknesses, and escalate critical risks. Support regulatory and audit activities, including evidence collection and remediation tracking.

Develop a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like APRA, ASIC, ISO 27001, NIST, and BFSI sector regulations. Recommend and implement process improvements for control validation, TPRM, and reporting.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, coupled with over 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, Cyber control reviews, testing, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

Proficiency in security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, and ISO 27001 is essential. A solid grasp of control frameworks and standards including ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, COBIT, GDPR, APRA, and other relevant regulations is crucial.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, alongside excellent communication and documentation skills. The capacity to manage multiple priorities and work independently is also key to success in this role.
