Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT controls frameworks and relevant regulations such as SOX.

Conduct risk assessments to pinpoint IT control deficiencies and determine testing priorities.

Design and execute comprehensive test plans for IT General Controls (ITGCs) and IT Application Controls (ITACs) using diverse methodologies.

Apply knowledge across domains including Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Access Control, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Identity Access Review, and Change Management.

Leverage a solid understanding of security technologies like Cryptography, Algorithms, Secure IT Authentication, Secure Development, Data Protection, and Certificate Management.

Perform intricate test procedures using automated tools and manual techniques, documenting all findings thoroughly.

Analyze test results, identify control weaknesses, and propose effective remediation strategies.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve control deficiencies and implement corrective actions.

Gain experience in conducting vendor security reviews across various cybersecurity domains.

Guide and mentor junior team members on control testing best practices.

Stay current with emerging IT threats and industry-standard control best practices.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.

We seek candidates with 3-5 years of experience in IT audit, IT security, or a related field, emphasizing IT control testing.

Demonstrate strong working knowledge of IT controls frameworks and IT control testing methodologies.

Familiarity with GRC platforms like ServiceNow, Archer, or Jira is advantageous.

Proficiency with IT control testing tools is essential.

Experience in evaluating and recommending automation for manual control testing processes is crucial.

Adaptability to manage a dynamic control environment and evolving client requirements is necessary.
