Join Deloitte's Cyber Risk team as an Assistant Manager and play a crucial role in safeguarding organizations from cyber threats. You will be instrumental in delivering advanced cybersecurity consulting services, focusing on risk management, governance, compliance, and security assessments.

This role offers the opportunity to work with leading clients, identifying and mitigating cyber risks, thereby enabling them to embrace new opportunities securely. You'll contribute to building robust security postures and driving impactful remediation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing cybersecurity governance frameworks, conducting thorough risk assessments, and identifying security gaps. You will perform maturity assessments using industry-standard frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and COBIT.

Further, you will lead ISO 27001 ISMS implementations, conduct Third-Party Risk Management assessments, and execute IT/OT security assessments and audits. Responsibilities also encompass assessing application security practices, supporting PCI DSS initiatives, and ensuring compliance with various regulatory guidelines.

Reviewing cloud security controls across major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing workstreams, mentoring junior team members, and fostering strong client relationships are also integral to this role.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, GRC, Risk Advisory, or Information Security is essential.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of key cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and PCI DSS. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic consulting environment.

Professional certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ITIL, or PCI QSA are highly preferred.
