As an Assistant Manager, you will guide teams in assessing client information security, identifying and mitigating risks. Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of security controls across various domains, managing client vendor risk assessments, and leading Information Systems audits. You will also advise on data privacy, leakage prevention, and identity management, ensuring timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

Further duties involve managing security and privacy projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to business development through proposal efforts. You will identify cross-selling opportunities and play a key role in engagement planning and economics, while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.

This position requires extensive experience with industry standards like ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and ITIL. Proven expertise in designing and implementing security programs, IT risk management strategies, and compliance initiatives is essential. Experience in building vulnerability management programs and defining secure development lifecycles is also necessary.

Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in ISO 27001-based ISMS implementation. Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 LA/LI, CISA, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent are highly preferred. Strong client interaction and team leadership skills are expected.
