Join Deloitte's Cyber team as an Assistant Manager in Coimbatore and play a vital role in safeguarding organizations against cyber threats. Lead teams in assessing client information security, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions. Assist clients in reviewing and implementing critical information security controls across various domains like change management, incident response, access management, and physical security. Manage vendor risk assessments, providing clients with a clear view of outsourcing-related risks. Conduct Information Systems audits and advise clients on data privacy, data leakage prevention, and identity and access management. Oversee security and privacy projects, ensuring timely and effective task fulfillment. Mentor team members, provide performance feedback, and contribute to talent retention and training initiatives.

Requires extensive experience with industry standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 17799, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and ITIL. Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing security and privacy programs, including IT risk management and compliance strategies. Demonstrated ability in building vulnerability management programs and designing secure development lifecycles. Strong expertise in Cyber Threat and Risk Assessment, with the capability to define business and technical project scopes and lead delivery teams. Possession of a B.E or B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in ISO 27001-based Information Security Management System implementation and sustenance projects. Certifications such as ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 31000 LA/LI, ISO 22301 LA/LI, CISA, ITIL, CISSP, GSEC, GCIH, CEH, LPT, CCSK, or experience with eGRC tools like Archer or OpenPages are highly preferred.
