Join Deloitte's Cyber Strategy team as an Assistant Manager, driving critical cybersecurity initiatives. Advance cybersecurity efforts within the Cyber Strategy team. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction.

Oversee security governance frameworks and the implementation of security controls across various applications, systems, and network environments. Lead and support security audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessment activities.

Manage the completion of cybersecurity due diligence questionnaires from clients, partners, and vendors. Coordinate with internal teams for accurate responses and evidence collection, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.

Track questionnaire status, timelines, and outcomes. Oversee the collection, validation, and documentation of evidence for control compliance and audit requirements. Analyze control validation results, identify weaknesses, and escalate critical risks.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, cyber control reviews, assessments, or testing.

A deep understanding of cybersecurity controls is essential, including Cryptography, PKI, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Security, and Network Security. Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, and ISO 27001 is also necessary.

We seek candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience with GRC tools like ServiceNow GRC or IBM OpenPages, along with exposure to automation or scripting for evidence collection, is advantageous. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
