Join Deloitte's Cyber Strategy team as an Assistant Manager, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This role is pivotal in helping organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture and manage cyber risks effectively.

Drive key cybersecurity initiatives within the Cyber Strategy team. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction.

Provide support for security governance frameworks and oversee the implementation of security controls across applications, systems, and network environments. Lead and contribute to security audits, compliance reviews, and comprehensive risk assessment activities.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, cyber control reviews and assessments, or cyber control testing.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, including Cryptography, PKI, DLP, Endpoint Security, and Network Security. Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001 is essential.

We are looking for individuals with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience with GRC tools such as ServiceNow GRC or IBM OpenPages, along with exposure to automation or scripting for evidence collection, is advantageous. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is also a plus.
