Deloitte seeks a skilled Assistant Manager specializing in AI Security to join our Cyber CST team in Delhi. This role focuses on safeguarding organizations by enhancing their cybersecurity posture and resilience against evolving threats. Conduct thorough security and governance assessments for AI systems, ML models, and data pipelines. Identify risks related to model integrity, bias, explainability, data leakage, and adversarial attacks.
Develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with global standards such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OECD AI Principles.
Evaluate the effectiveness of controls across the AI lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring, adhering to ISMS, NIST CSF, and emerging AI standards.
Contribute to creating organizational AI security policies, Responsible AI guidelines, and model risk management procedures, embedding cybersecurity and data ethics.
Perform technical AI risk testing, including security configuration reviews and vulnerability assessments of AI platforms and ML pipelines.
Engage with clients through discussions, workshops, and reporting, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and IT, to integrate security-by-design principles into AI initiatives.
A strong understanding of AI/ML system architectures, model lifecycles, and their associated security challenges is essential. This includes knowledge of concepts like model poisoning, data drift, and privacy leakage.
Possess a solid foundation in information security principles, covering Identity and Access Management (IAM), data protection, encryption, network security, and secure coding practices.
Familiarity with key frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and Responsible AI practices is required.
Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and developing mitigation strategies for AI and cybersecurity risks is crucial.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills are necessary for effective client engagement and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic consulting environment is key.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
3-6 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity or Risk Consulting, with prior exposure to AI/ML systems being highly advantageous.
