This role is instrumental in managing information and technology risks effectively.

As a Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and clients, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include supporting cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives across diverse client environments.

You will assist in the implementation and review of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational needs. This involves supporting assessment activities for ISO 27001 and BCMS compliance, as well as information security governance frameworks. You'll also perform Network Security reviews, including network diagram assessments to identify security gaps and suggest improvements. Preparing and maintaining the Asset Registry, along with supporting asset classification, is key. Furthermore, you will review and aid in developing ISMS and BCP Policies, security procedures, and compliance documentation, while coordinating with stakeholders for audit readiness and cybersecurity assessments.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Compliance, Governance, or related fields. A strong understanding of ISO 27001 Compliance, BCMS Compliance, Network Security, Asset Management, ISMS & BCP Policy Review, Network Diagram Review, Asset Registry preparation, and security documentation management is essential.

Key competencies include excellent analytical, communication, documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Educational qualifications should include any Graduate BE/B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in CS/IT/EC/E, or MCA from a recognized university. A Master's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field is also highly regarded. Preferred certifications include CEH, CISM, CISA, CCNA, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, or PCI QSA.
