You will leverage your expertise to develop, customize, integrate, and optimize Siebel CRM solutions, ensuring seamless alignment between functional and technical aspects.

Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end Siebel CRM implementations from requirement analysis through deployment. - Developing, configuring, and customizing Siebel applications, including business components, applets, views, screens, and workflows. - Utilizing Siebel eScript for customizing business logic and application functionality. - Integrating Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and web services using various integration technologies. - Building and configuring Siebel workflows, business services, runtime events, and integration objects. - Applying strong technical understanding of Siebel architecture, repository, deployment, and troubleshooting.

To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 4 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Siebel CRM development. - Proven experience in at least one full Siebel CRM implementation lifecycle. - Hands-on proficiency in Siebel Configuration, eScript, Workflows, EAI, Web Services, Business Services, Integration Objects, and Siebel Tools. - A strong understanding of Siebel architecture and its various components. - Oracle Siebel CRM certification is considered a valuable asset.
