As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of your work and project objectives, ensuring adherence to Deloitte's quality standards. You'll develop robust solutions leveraging Salesforce's configure and customization capabilities.

Proactively identify and mitigate workstream risks, escalating issues as needed. Discover opportunities to optimize key business processes and contribute to sector-specific knowledge sharing and eminence building. Apply an understanding of global trends and emerging technologies to enrich client recommendations and solutions.

This position requires prior mandatory experience with Salesforce, coupled with extensive expertise in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. A strong grasp of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is essential.

Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is crucial. While knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is a plus, the ability to understand requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design systems is fundamental.

Proven success in managing clients and leading multi-member teams, along with strong project discipline and organizational skills, is expected. Familiarity with Force.com platform best practices and the ability to develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, system designs, use cases, test plans, and training manuals, are key. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins is also beneficial.
