We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce DevOps Engineer to lead the charge in managing and refining CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, automation, and release management across various Salesforce environments. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our release cycles and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust Salesforce CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. You will manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments, leveraging tools like Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI.

Your role will involve automating deployment, testing, validation, and release management processes. You'll oversee source control, branching strategies, code merges, and release versioning, while actively monitoring deployment pipelines and resolving any build or deployment issues. Collaboration with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and business teams is essential for ensuring seamless releases and implementing DevOps best practices, security controls, and governance.

This role requires 5–8 years of dedicated experience in Salesforce DevOps or general DevOps engineering. A strong, hands-on command of Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools is essential.

Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps is expected. You should possess a solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, various deployment strategies, and effective environment management. Experience with automation, release management, and troubleshooting complex issues is critical. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this collaborative role. While not mandatory, Salesforce DevOps or relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
