Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SFDC DevOps, contributing to the innovation and growth within our Customer division. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, deployments, automation, and release processes to drive functional excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to enhance our CI/CD strategies. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust pipelines that ensure seamless and efficient deployments across various Salesforce environments, from development to production.

Develop and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Oversee Salesforce deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments. Utilize tools like Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI. Automate critical processes including deployment, testing, validation, and release management. Manage source control, define branching strategies, and handle code merges and release versioning. Monitor deployment pipelines and proactively troubleshoot build and deployment issues. Collaborate effectively with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and business teams to ensure successful releases.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Salesforce DevOps or general DevOps engineering is required. Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and various CI/CD tools. Possess practical experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Exhibit a solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, effective deployment strategies, and environment management best practices. Previous experience in automation, release management, and issue troubleshooting is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for this role.
