You will also contribute to sector knowledge development and apply awareness of global trends and emerging technologies to client needs.

A strong foundation in Salesforce implementation is mandatory, complemented by extensive experience in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is essential. The ability to manage clients, lead multi-member teams, and demonstrate project discipline, along with expertise in developing project documentation, is crucial. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute and 3-5 years of relevant consulting experience, including 1-2 end-to-end SFDC implementations, are required.
