As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for nurturing positive client relationships and exceeding expectations. You will take ownership of your workstreams, ensuring they meet engagement objectives and Deloitte's quality standards.

Key responsibilities include developing solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization, proactively identifying and resolving workstream risks, and enhancing the efficiency of business processes. You will also build sector knowledge, stay informed about global trends, and understand the impact of emerging technologies on client functions.

We are seeking candidates with mandatory prior experience in Salesforce and extensive expertise in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning and integration, along with project implementation methodologies, is crucial.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, the Salesforce platform, or Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with Heroku and e-commerce is considered a plus. You must possess the ability to estimate efforts, design systems, manage clients, and lead teams effectively, demonstrating strong project discipline and adherence to deadlines. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins is also required.
