Develop and implement advanced Salesforce solutions utilizing configuration and customization features. Take ownership of workstreams, ensuring objectives are met and Deloitte quality standards are maintained. Contribute to building sector knowledge through firm initiatives and by attending relevant industry conferences.

Apply awareness of global trends to address client challenges and refine recommendations. Understand the impact of emerging technologies on relevant business functions and processes, integrating these insights into project delivery. Manage client relationships and lead multi-member teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce is essential for this role. Extensive experience in solution design, client management, conducting client demos, and facilitating design and development workshops is required.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies. Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is crucial. The ability to understand requirements, prepare effort estimates, and develop overall system designs is key. Must have experience managing clients and leading teams on past projects, showcasing strong project discipline and organizational skills.

Familiarity with Force.com platform best practices and the ability to develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals, are expected.
