Your contributions will be vital in developing tailored solutions using Salesforce's comprehensive configuration and customization features. You'll also play a key role in proactively identifying and resolving workstream risks, escalating issues when necessary, and identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness within client business functions.

Take ownership of your workstreams, ensuring they meet engagement objectives and Deloitte's high-quality standards. Develop innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities. Proactively identify and address potential workstream risks, escalating them to leadership when needed. Discover and implement improvements to optimize key business processes.

Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by engaging in relevant sector initiatives and eminence activities. Stay informed about global trends to better address client needs and refine recommendations. Understand the impact of emerging technologies on relevant business functions and processes.

A strong foundation in Salesforce, with mandatory prior experience in Salesforce Education Cloud. Extensive expertise in solution design, client management, delivering impactful client demos, and facilitating design and development workshops. Solid understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning, integration capabilities, and project implementation methodologies.

Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, the Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. Familiarity with Heroku and e-commerce is a beneficial addition. The ability to accurately interpret requirements, prepare effort estimates, and develop overall system designs is crucial. Proven experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects.

Exhibit strong project discipline, organization, and a drive to meet established deliverable dates. Possess a comprehensive awareness of best practices for Force.com platform and Salesforce implementations. Competency in developing all project-related documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals. Experience in team leadership and responsibility for client deliverables is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins is required.
