Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues within your workstream, escalating them to leadership when necessary. Seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of core business processes. Contribute to industry knowledge by engaging in firm initiatives and staying informed about sector trends and emerging technologies to refine client recommendations.

Develop and deliver robust solutions using Salesforce configure and customization features.

Take full responsibility for your work, ensuring project objectives and Deloitte quality standards are met.

Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks and issues, escalating as needed to engagement leadership.

Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes.

Contribute to firm initiatives and eminence, and attend sector conferences to build knowledge in a specific sector.

Apply awareness of global trends to enhance client recommendations and address their needs.

Understand the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes.

Manage client relationships and lead multi-member teams on projects.

Handle team management and client deliverables effectively.

Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce is required.

Extensive experience in solution design, client management, conducting client demos, and leading design and development workshops.

Solid understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies.

Significant work experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.

Familiarity with Heroku and e-commerce will be considered a strong advantage.

Ability to accurately interpret requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design overall system architecture.

Demonstrated project discipline, organization, focus, and drive to meet deliverable deadlines.

Knowledge of implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce.

Proficiency in developing project-related documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.

Prior experience in leading teams and managing client deliverables is essential.

Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins is highly valued.

Possess 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment.

At least 3-4 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences globally or within India.

A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from premier institutes is expected.
