As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of your work, ensuring all engagement and project objectives are met with Deloitte's high-quality standards. You'll develop robust solutions using Salesforce's configure and customization features, proactively identifying and resolving risks. Additionally, you will pinpoint opportunities to enhance business function efficiency, contribute to sector knowledge, and apply awareness of global trends to client needs.

Your responsibilities include building expertise in a specific sector, staying abreast of emerging technologies, and translating this knowledge into actionable recommendations for clients. You will also be instrumental in preparing effort estimates, system designs, and client-facing project documents.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with mandatory prior experience in Salesforce, coupled with extensive expertise in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. A solid understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is essential. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is required.

Candidates should possess the ability to comprehend requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design comprehensive system architectures. Prior experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on multiple projects is a must. Demonstrated project discipline, organization, focus, and drive towards deliverables are key. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado and Jenkins is a significant advantage. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute is expected, along with 6-8 years of relevant experience. At least 3-4 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences globally or in India are necessary.
