This role is pivotal in developing robust solutions using Salesforce's configure and customization features. You'll proactively identify and resolve workstream risks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes.

Expand your expertise by contributing to firm initiatives and staying abreast of global trends and emerging technologies. Your insights will be crucial in addressing client needs and enhancing strategic recommendations.

Take ownership of your workstream, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and Deloitte's high-quality standards. Develop comprehensive solutions leveraging Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities.

Proactively identify, manage, and escalate workstream risks and issues to leadership. Drive improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of core business functions.

Contribute to sector-specific knowledge development through firm initiatives and by attending industry conferences. Apply awareness of global trends and emerging technologies to refine client strategies and recommendations.

Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce, including extensive expertise in solution design, client management, and conducting design and development workshops. A strong understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is essential.

Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Ability to accurately assess requirements, prepare effort estimates, and develop overall system designs. Proven track record of client management and leading multi-member teams on projects. Strong project discipline, organization, focus, and commitment to deliverable dates are required. Familiarity with Force.com platform and Salesforce implementation best practices is necessary.

Experience in developing all project-related documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals. Responsibilities include team leadership and client deliverables. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins is also beneficial.
