This role involves developing robust Salesforce solutions, proactively managing risks, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will also contribute to building sector knowledge and stay abreast of global technology trends to enhance client recommendations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of your workstream, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and Deloitte's quality standards. Develop tailored solutions utilizing Salesforce's configure and customization capabilities.

Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks or escalate them appropriately. Seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes. Contribute to firm initiatives and sector knowledge building, applying awareness of global trends to client needs.

A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting is required. You should possess at least 3-4 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences, either in India or globally. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institution is necessary.

Mandatory skills include prior Salesforce experience, extensive solution design, client management, client demos, and conducting design & development workshops. A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodology is essential. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is required. Familiarity with Heroku and e-commerce is a plus.
