You will develop innovative solutions using Salesforce's configure and customization features, while proactively managing and resolving workstream risks and issues.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities to enhance business function efficiency, contributing to sector knowledge through firm initiatives, and applying awareness of global trends to client needs. You will also demonstrate an understanding of how emerging technologies impact relevant functions and processes.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting. A strong foundation in Salesforce is mandatory, including extensive experience in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. Proficiency with Salesforce features like Lightning and integration, along with project implementation methodologies, is essential.

Candidates should possess work experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. Experience with Heroku and e-commerce is a plus. The ability to understand requirements, prepare effort estimates, and lead multi-member teams on client projects is also crucial. Demonstrated project discipline and experience in developing project documentation are expected.
