As a Senior Consultant, you will own your workstream, ensuring it meets project objectives and Deloitte's stringent quality standards. Develop robust solutions using Salesforce's configuration and customization capabilities.

Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks and issues, escalating to leadership when necessary. Seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency of business processes and contribute to the firm's knowledge base through sector-specific initiatives. Apply awareness of global trends and emerging technologies to address client needs and refine recommendations.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with mandatory prior experience in Salesforce and Education Cloud. Extensive experience in solution design, client management, delivering client demos, and facilitating design and development workshops is essential.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning and integration, along with project implementation methodologies. Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is required. Familiarity with Heroku and e-commerce is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to accurately gather requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design comprehensive system architectures is key. You should have experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects. Strong project discipline, organization, focus, and a drive to meet deliverables are expected.

Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins is required. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing all project-related documentation, including requirements, system design, use cases, test plans, and training manuals. You will be responsible for both team leadership and client deliverables.

A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute is required, along with 6-8 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment. At least 3-4 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences globally are necessary.
