This role involves taking ownership of your workstream, ensuring it meets project objectives and Deloitte's high-quality standards. You will develop innovative solutions using Salesforce's configure and customization features. Proactively identifying and resolving risks or escalating them to leadership will be crucial.

Develop and implement robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging configuration and customization capabilities. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure smooth project execution. Drive efficiency and effectiveness within key business functions by identifying process improvement opportunities. Contribute to the firm's knowledge base within specific sectors through eminence initiatives and sector conference participation. Apply an understanding of global trends to tailor client recommendations and enhance service delivery.

A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting environment is required. Demonstrated success in at least 3-4 end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) implementations, either in India or globally, is essential. Prior Salesforce experience is mandatory. Candidates should possess extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demos, and conducting design and development workshops.

Strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is necessary. Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is expected. Experience in managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects is a key requirement. Demonstrated project discipline, organization, focus, and drive toward deliverable dates are critical. Familiarity with Force.com platform best practices and the ability to develop project documentation, including requirements, system design, use cases, test plans, and training manuals, are also important.
