As a Senior Consultant, you will own and deliver your workstream to meet engagement objectives and Deloitte's stringent quality standards. You will develop robust solutions leveraging Salesforce's configure and customization capabilities.

Your role will involve proactively identifying and resolving workstream risks, or escalating them appropriately. You will also seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes. Contributing to sector knowledge and understanding global trends to enhance client recommendations are key aspects of this position.

This role mandates prior Salesforce experience, coupled with extensive expertise in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. A solid understanding of Salesforce features like Lightening and integration, alongside project implementation methodologies, is essential.

Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is required. Proficiency in developing project documentation, including requirement and design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals, is also critical. Previous experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on complex projects is a must.
