As a Senior Consultant, you will manage your own workstreams, consistently meeting engagement objectives and upholding Deloitte's high-quality standards. You will proactively identify and resolve project risks, escalating issues as needed to leadership. Identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency of key business functions and applying awareness of global trends to client needs will be central to your role.

You will also be responsible for understanding the impact of new technologies on relevant business processes. This involves a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to exceeding client expectations through effective analysis and strategic recommendations.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, possessing outstanding analytical skills and demonstrable experience in business process modeling, use case/user story writing, and data modeling. Exposure to management activities using tools like Atlassian JIRA & Confluence is highly valued. You should be comfortable working through the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Experience with agile methodologies is advantageous. The role requires a proven ability to identify and document client technical needs, internal structures, procedures, workflows, and systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, along with flexibility and a keen interest in learning new technologies and expanding business domain knowledge. A Graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute is desired, complemented by 6-8 years of experience in management or consulting, including 3-4 end-to-end SFDC implementations.
