As a key member of the Customer function, you will leverage your expertise to enhance client operations and support their growth. You’ll be instrumental in shaping strategies and implementing cutting-edge solutions that address complex business challenges.

Take ownership of workstreams, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and Deloitte's quality standards. Develop robust solutions utilizing Salesforce's configure and customization features. Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks or escalate them to leadership. Discover opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

Contribute to sector knowledge building and stay abreast of global trends to inform client recommendations. Understand the influence of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes. You will also be responsible for managing clients and leading multi-member teams on projects, ensuring timely and successful deliverables.

Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce is essential for this role. Extensive experience is required in solution design, client management, delivering client demos, and facilitating design and development workshops. A solid understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is crucial.

Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is necessary. While knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is a plus, the ability to grasp requirements and provide accurate effort estimates and system designs is key. Experience managing clients and leading teams, along with strong project discipline, focus, and a drive to meet deadlines, is expected.
