You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements, leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.

Collaborate with business analysts and team leads to comprehend and implement business requirements. Develop robust D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including extensive customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and custom connectors. Implement business logic, data integrations, and automation processes to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations. Utilize Power Automate to create, test, and deploy flows, automating tasks and integrating systems for improved efficiency. Design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Adhere strictly to coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in all phases of software development, from initial requirements analysis and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Continuously evaluate new features and advancements in D365 CRM and Power Platform, recommending innovative solutions to drive business value.

A strong command of D365 CRM customization and configuration, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven) and Power Automate, is essential. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and .NET development is required for extending D365 CRM and Power Platform capabilities. Experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and version control systems is highly desirable. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are a significant advantage. Familiarity with Azure services, cloud-based architectures, data modeling, system architecture, and integration patterns is beneficial. Hands-on experience with Custom Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, ADF, and building CICD pipelines is a plus.
