As a Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work that meets project objectives. You'll develop robust solutions using Salesforce's configure and customization capabilities, proactively manage risks, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

This role involves applying awareness of global trends and emerging technologies to address client needs. You will also contribute to the firm's knowledge base within the sector and attend relevant industry conferences. Building expertise in a specific sector is a core aspect of this position.

Develop and customize solutions utilizing Salesforce features and functionalities.

Proactively identify, resolve, or escalate workstream risks and issues to engagement leadership.

Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes.

Contribute to sector knowledge and firm initiatives. Apply understanding of global trends to client recommendations.

Understand the impact of new technologies on business functions and processes. Prepare project documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment is required.

Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce is essential. You should possess extensive experience in solution design, client management, conducting client demos, and facilitating design and development workshops.

A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning and integration, along with project implementation methodologies, is crucial. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is expected.

Ability to interpret requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design overall systems is key. Experience leading multi-member teams and managing client expectations is also necessary. Demonstrated project discipline, organization, focus, and drive towards deliverable dates are vital.

Familiarity with Force.com platform implementation best practices and the ability to develop all project-related documents are required. Handling teams and being responsible for client deliverables are integral parts of this role. Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is considered a plus.
