Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Salesforce Analyst in Bengaluru. This role is integral to our Customer team, driving functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth. You will contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring we exceed expectations.

As an Analyst, you will take ownership of your work to meet project objectives and Deloitte's quality standards. Develop innovative solutions using Salesforce's configure and customization features. Proactively identify and resolve risks or escalate issues to leadership. You will also pinpoint opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness within business functions. Build sector-specific knowledge by contributing to firm initiatives and attending industry conferences.

Apply global trends to address client needs and refine recommendations. Understand the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes.

A proven track record in Salesforce is mandatory for this role. Extensive experience in solution design, client management, and client demonstrations is essential. You should be adept at conducting design and development workshops and possess a solid understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning and integrations, along with project implementation methodologies.

Significant experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is required. Prior knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is beneficial. The ability to interpret requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design overall systems is key. Experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams is also crucial.

Demonstrated project discipline, organization, focus, and drive towards deliverables are expected. Familiarity with Force.com platform best practices and the ability to develop project documentation (requirement documents, system design, use cases, test plans, training manuals) are necessary. You will be responsible for client deliverables and team management.
