This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical function within the Customer team, ensuring seamless operations and enabling groundbreaking advancements. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our DevOps initiatives and enhance our release management strategies.

Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines utilizing Copado. Manage and oversee deployments across various Salesforce environments, including Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.

Implement and uphold effective branching, version control, and promotion strategies. Automate Salesforce deployment, validation, testing, and release processes to improve efficiency.

Work extensively with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX/Source Format, Git, and Copado pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures, merge conflicts, metadata dependencies, and release-related issues.

Establish and enforce robust DevOps best practices, quality gates, governance, and release controls. Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, QA, Business Analysts, and Release Managers.

Provide support for production releases, rollback strategies, hotfixes, and environment synchronization. Continuously monitor and enhance deployment processes, release velocity, and pipeline reliability.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps or Release Management is essential. Proficiency in Copado DevOps is a must, complemented by a strong understanding of Salesforce development and metadata management.

Demonstrated experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD, and deployment automation is required. Familiarity with Salesforce environments, sandboxes, deployment dependencies, and release management principles is crucial.

Proven ability to troubleshoot Salesforce deployment and pipeline issues. A solid grasp of Agile/Scrum development practices and excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for success in this role.

Preferred qualifications include Copado certifications and Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer, Administrator, or Application Architect. Experience integrating Copado with enterprise tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, or Azure DevOps is highly valued, as is experience with automated testing, security scanning, and DevOps governance.
