As a manager, you will be instrumental in making immediate, direct contributions to client success, ensuring your work meets engagement objectives and Deloitte's high-quality standards. You will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your workstream, proactively identify and resolve risks, and identify avenues for process improvement within business functions. Your ability to lead and manage client relationships will be key.

Lead and manage Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and quality standards.

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization best practices, including Lightning components, integration patterns, and DevOps processes.

Proactively identify, manage, and escalate workstream risks and issues to leadership.

Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes.

Manage client communications independently and lead multi-member teams on client deliverables.

A minimum of 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in management or consulting is required.

Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce is essential, with a strong understanding of features like Lightning (LWC/AURA/LDS), integration, design frameworks, and DevOps (CI/CD, Release Management).

Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is crucial.

Proven experience in solution design, client management, client demos, and conducting design/development workshops is expected.

Must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to handle client communications independently, and experience leading teams on multiple projects.

Familiarity with Heroku and e-commerce is a plus, while experience with Salesforce Einstein, AI, and Chatbots is desirable.

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes is required.
